Fluidities bonus tracks
030605 New for the month of March are four new bonus tracks from Buffalo-area musicians. First is "This is What it Sounds Like When Bears Cry," by Hussalonia and Jonathan Hughes. Hussalonia collaborated with Jonathan on a track on fluidities and brings some tongue-in-cheek sounds to this bonus track. Anyone interested in inventive pop music should check out the Hussalonia wesbite at www.hussalonia.com.

Next up are two new tracks from Rob Lynch: "The Chef Thinks Lots of Things 1" and "The Chef Thinks Lots of Things 4." Rob is one of Buffalo's finest drummers, and a great all-around musician and nice guy, as well. Jeff Miers of the Buffalo News says of Rob's album, "Welcome to Sound:" "This double disc set is so good it scares me." Check out Rob's music and artwork at www.welcometosound.com.

While you're downloading, do yourself a favor and download Rob's track "No More Train Wrecks" (which features our good friend Joelle Labert). This is one hell of a gorgeous tune, people. It's so good it makes me jealous. Fans of Wilco and Sparklehorse will not be disappointed (although I can't imagine how anyone would be disappointed with it).

Finally, we have a bonus track from Naryan Padmanabha and Jonathan Hughes. You know Naryan from his collaboration with Jonathan on the CDs, but you should also check out his stuff here. This bonus track is called "Namfuaal" and it features Naryan on Hammered Dulcimer and electronic Tamboura. After we recorded several improvisations, we layered and processed the tracks.
